Reservation Policy

Check-In Time 04:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Earliest check-in time: 3 pm (15h00) On request

Latest check-in time: 10 pm (20h00) If later, a fee of 25€ will be held from the deposit. Due to extra transfer costs to the house

Latest check-out time: 11 am (11h00)

PARKING:

Parking on premise is available. Please bear in mind that access to the gate should not be blocked for any other passing cars & deliveries.

There is a EV charger on the side of the house. Those are not complimentary but are measured automatically, a fee of 40€c per kWh charged with the EV charger will be held off the deposit. You will get an overview of the charge sessions upon request.

GARDEN AND COMPOUND AREA:

The garden and terrace around the house are freely accessible to all guests. The guest will respect the garden and will not bother any neighbours with loud noise.

ACCESSIBILITY:

There is good accessibility for wheelchairs and room 1 is fully wheelchair accessible even from the outside as well as the bathroom on the ground floor.

PROHIBITED:

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and all other areas within the building.

Pets are not allowed.

INVOICING&CANCELLATIONS:

On request we will provide the guest with an invoice mentioning the name and VAT nr. of the company he/she is representing at no extra cost..

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels the booking within 15 days of the original booked arrivaldate. If you cancel your booking earlier then 15 days before arrivaldate we will reimbourse you the amount within 14 days by bank transfer. The amount will be subject to a charge of 10% administrative and relocating costs. Bookings that occured through chanel partners may have other cancellation policies and are not covered here in our conditions.

CHILD POLICIES:

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cot and extra bed policies:

0 – 2 years – Cot upon request Free

Please be aware that there is no fence around the pool. We cannot take responsibility of people falling in the pool.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
